Where are your products made?
A majority of 5 Eye Studio products originate and are printed/manufactured from Maria's studio including art prints, buttons, and handmade jewelry. Large quantity print items such as vinyl stickers and stationery products are printed with partners across the US, mainly in Michigan and Ohio.
Are your business practices sustainable?
At 5 Eye Studio we believe in cutting down our footprint as much as we can and using as little single-use plastic as possible.
We print art prints in-house with special refillable ink to cut down on waste from empty ink cartridges. Branding extras like labels and custom packaging are kept to a minimum. We use recycled or partly recycled envelopes and other paper supplies whenever possible.

Products are packed and shipped with bubble wrap, packing paper, and boxes that have been repurposed and recycled from previous shipments. Our shipping labels are 100% compostable. Stickers and small items are packaged in handmade sleeves that have been repurposed from the shipping label backings.
Do you keep profits from your activism designs?
Instead of individually tallying sales, a recurring monthly donation is set up to various organizations to offset any proceeds made from the following designs: Black Lives Matter, Reproductive Rights, No TERFS, You Matter Flag.
On months we don't sell a single design, the monthly donation is still sent. As we grow, this donation model could likely change.

Where do you ship to?
When will my order be shipped?
We currently ship mainly to the US and Canada. Stickers and small flat items like greeting cards can be sent via USPS with an international Forever stamp - however, delivery cannot be guaranteed or tracked due to the nature of shipment.

As we grow, we hope to be able to build affordable shipping models to include other countries.
All orders are individually packed and shipped by hand from the studio. You can expect your order to ship 3 to 5 days from the placement of your order. Once the shipment leaves the studio, delivery times and any delays are at the discretion of USPS and is out of my hands.
What if my order gets lost or damaged?
Sometimes mail gets lost, damaged, or stolen. It's a bummer, but it happens! If an item is delivered damaged, please contact me with photos of the damaged item within 3 days of receiving and I will either send a refund or replacement.
Occasionally, an item gets lost and the tracking information never updates in the system. I am only able to offer refunds on items that have truly been lost - if the package tracking says the item has been delivered, the situation becomes a matter between the customer and USPS.
